When did you become a stylist?
In 2006 i started my journey but had a set back and got my license in 2011
How would you describe your approach as a stylist?
Welcome to my salon, where thinking outside the box is my specialty! With a passion for color and corrections, I believe in the endless possibilities of creating with your style. Integrity is my top priority, and with my extensive education and commitment to ongoing learning, I’m dedicated to achieving amazing results while keeping your hair in its prime health. Let's transform your look together!
What do you enjoy most about the salon?
We have so much fun. We are so many different personality types, but we can love and appreciate each other, laugh and banter, while keeping a professional environment that everyone feels comfortable in, stylist and client alike.
What would you say your personal style is?
I'm like a little bit of everything, but I do do love to rock my alternative 90s grundge vibes with a bit of bougie flare.
What do you see for yourself in the future?
I love Sage and the area! I cant wait to bring more education for the staff and clients. I have great plans on being involved in the community, bringing a new energy to our industry.
What are you most passionate about?
My kid is my number one but this industry and education is what Im most passionate about. It makes my heart so happy to help everyone feel amazing about themselves! I believe everyone has so much beauty and its my mission to help everyone feel there best!
What's your favorite thing about hair?
The ability to completely transform someone's day, their feeling about themselves, their confidence.
What's your favorite thing about Sage Colour Studio?
The vibe and energy!! The stylists we have are some of the best people Ive met in a long time! The area is amazing and the ceilings are fabulous!
Why do you love being a stylist?
Because I get to meet amazing people everyday, create a bond with them and help them feel great about themselves! Especially when I get a person that just cant stand something about there hair and I get to help them , to see them walk out with the knowledge and confidence makes my heart whole .
What is it like to be in my chair?
I am a hairtherapist, I love to help and educate you all on your hair needs then I listen to anything you want to talk about life, dreams, vacations even the drama ! There is no judgement in my chair this is a safe place for you to unwind and walk out feeling amazing inside and out!
Do you have a favorite travel destination?
I have not been out of the country, future goal! As a single mom for 19 years i havent had the chance but I have traveled all around the US and my home at heart is Arizona its my birth place and the best place in my opinion but I also love traveling all over finding new hidden gems and having adventures!
Is there somewhere you'd like to travel to?
I would love to travel to Greece and Ireland!
Do you have a favorite type of music?
I listen to almost all kinds of music, but I am a 90's alternative girl at heart.
